To celebrate our event we present the following poem:
Kickball on Friday, April 25th.
The grass was green,
The players serene.
Croissants? Neat,
Let’s get them a little sweet.
Through innings we played,
Without any delay.
And then to lunch we went,
All time well spent.
That’s right folks, kickball was a success. A nice Friday morning activity with just the right amount of activity and the optimal level of laziness. Fear not, if you didn’t make it out this time there will be other opportunities. Just keep your eyes on the student website!
Jason speaks the truth! Fun was had by all. It would have been better if my team hadn’t lost, if I hadn’t fallen down several times (tricky grass), and if my body hadn’t been really sore the next day. Yes, kickball made me tired and sore…I really need to exercise more.
It would have been even more fun if that cat (pictured above) hadn’t shown up and bullied us.
Wished that time I could make it
Can it be held around eight?
By then I should have been awake
And won’t mind the muscle ache
